Merchant Shipping Association of Employers ('VWH' in Dutch)
The VWH enters into the VWH CLA with Nautilus International. This collective labour agreement applies to commercial vessels up to 9,000 GT.
Through membership of the VWH association, you can have a say in the VWH collective labour agreement.
Members of the VWH can be those shipping companies that own or operate one or more seagoing vessels under the Dutch flag, and are also members of the KVNR.
The secretariat of the VWH is housed at the KVNR.
There are no additional costs associated with membership of the VWH.
